I named it Breathe Strong Wellness because I had to learn how to breathe again — both physically and emotionally. Living with chronic illness, grief, and overwhelming seasons taught me that breathing isn’t something we can take for granted. There were moments when I struggled to catch my breath in every sense of the word.

I had to relearn how to slow down, calm my body, quiet my mind, and rebuild my strength one breath at a time. Breathe Strong Wellness is a reflection of that journey — a reminder that even in the hardest moments, we can pause, breathe, and find a way forward.
My goal is to offer others the same compassion, steadiness, and space that helped me begin healing again — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
